One of the interesting things about being a writer is that I live a portion of my life one year in the future. Let me explain. I wrote this year’s Fool’s Gold books – ONLY MINE, ONLY YOURS, ONLY HIS – last year. This year, I’ve been writing the books that will be released in 2012, including four Fool’s Gold books, plus BAREFOOT SEASON, the first book of a brand new series set on Blackberry Island. (Midway through the 2012 Fool’s Gold books, I stopped, backtracked several months in fictional time to write ONLY US: A FOOL’S GOLD HOLIDAY NOVELLA, then skipped back into 2012 to finish up with those sexy Stryker cowboys…You haven’t met them yet, but trust me, you’ll love Rafe, Shane, and Clay.)
